Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy for shipping items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Locals have a 7 day return policy as well, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your items to return or exchange those items.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and new condition(NO ANIMAL HAIR OR STAINS). You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. 


For shipping customers to start a return, you can contact us at atthecrossing1011@gmail.com. We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. If your return is accepted, you can send your package to our Return Address listed down below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, anything purchased with a discount of 20% or higher or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will receive credit back to your monetary instrument. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed, after delivery.
